  1. General provisions of the e-store
    1. These terms and conditions of sale of the Regio e-store (hereinafter referred to as Terms and Conditions) are valid when purchasing from the shopping environment (hereinafter: e-shop) located at the internet address https://www.regio.ee/en/online-store/
    2. The Terms and Conditions apply to legal relations that arise between the customer (hereinafter: the Buyer) and the owner of the e-store Regio OÜ (hereinafter: the Seller) in connection with the purchase of products from the e-store.
    3. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the legal relations arising from the purchase of products in the e-shop are regulated by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
    4. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of use and prices of the e-store. The Seller announces the changes on the page: https://www.regio.ee/en/online-store/. If the Buyer submitted the order prior to the  changes, the conditions and prices valid at the time of the transaction will be applied to the transaction.
    5. When placing an order in the Regio e-shop, the Buyer confirms that s/he has read the terms of sale and agrees with them.
  2. Prices
    1. All the prices shown in the e-shop are in euros and include VAT.
  3. Products
    1. If the product ordered by the Buyer has been sold out or is temporarily out of stock, the Buyer will be notified as soon as possible.
    2. The sum paid for the product missing from the paid order will be returned to the Buyer as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 calendar days.
  4. Submission of an order
    1. Orders can be submitted by logging in as a registered user in the e-shop or as an anonymous Buyer without logging in.
    2. The Buyer selects the desired goods from the e-shop of https://www.regio.ee/en/online-store/. and adds them to the shopping cart.
    3. The Buyer checks the correctness of the shopping cart, then confirms the shopping cart.
    4. The Buyer enters the required data, selects the suitable delivery and payment method and agrees to the terms of sale.
    5. The Buyer pays for the order in the payment environment of the e-shop or by bank transfer on the basis of an invoice.
    6. After paying for the order in the payment environment, the Buyer has to press the button “Back to the merchant”.
    7. The Seller will send the confirmation and invoice to the Buyer by e-mail after having received the order.
  5. Payment methods
    1. The Buyer can securely pay for the goods ordered from the e-store using Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian and Finnish bank links.
    2. Payment is made outside the e-shop in the secure payment environment of the service provider Montonio Finance UAB.
    3. The Buyer can also pay for the goods ordered from the e-store on the basis of the invoice sent by the Seller by e-mail. When filling in the bank payment order, the number of the invoice sent to the Buyer must be entered in the explanation box.
  6. Delivery
    1. We deliver only within the Republic of Estonia. For the delivery of the order, the buyer can choose Omniva, Itella Smartpost or DPD parcel machines or Omniva courier.
      1. Custom-made wall maps will be delivered only by Omniva courier within the Republic of Estonia.
      2. The transportation cost for custom-made wall maps is included in the price within the Republic of Estonia. For other products, the transportation cost is added in the shopping cart.
    2. The purchased goods will reach the parcel machine selected by the Buyer within 3 to 7 working days from the payment of the invoice. In case of custom-made wall maps the delivery time can be up to 28 days. Delivery times are valid for delivery within the Republic of Estonia.
    3. Delivery of the order to Omniva, Itella Smartpost or DPD parcel machine:
      1. The delivery fee of 3.00-5.00 € is added to the price of the order (the price includes VAT).
      2. After paying for the order, the goods will be sent to the parcel machine chosen by the Buyer.
      3. The Buyer will be notified of the arrival of the order at the parcel machine by an SMS message containing a unique door code for opening the parcel machine door, the location of the parcel machine, the end of the storage term and return code.
      4. The Seller will not be liable for loss incurred by the Buyer if, for reasons not attributable to the Seller, the unique code of the parcel machine has come into the possession of third parties and the goods have been removed from the parcel machine.
      5. The order is kept in the parcel machine for 7 calendar days. After the expiry of this term, the goods will be returned to the Seller. A reminder SMS will be sent to the Buyer before the end of the deposit period.
    4. Delivery of the order by Omniva courier:
      1. The delivery fee of 9.00 € is added to the price of the order (the price includes VAT).
      2. After paying for the order, the goods will be delivered at the address chosen by the Buyer.
      3. The Seller will notify the Buyer of the delivery of the goods one day in advance. If necessary, the time of delivery is agreed between the Buyer and the Seller right after the order has been placed. The Buyer must ensure that the order can be handed over at the agreed time and address. If the courier cannot contact the Buyer by phone, the goods will be deposited in a parcel machine or post office, of which the Buyer will be notified by SMS.
      4. In the case of large-sized and custom-made maps, the Buyer must check the condition of the ordered goods in the presence of the courier. Defects must be documented (for example, by taking pictures) in the presence of the courier.
    5. The nearest places to give away the packaging free of charge can be found at kuhuviia.ee.
    6. Cancellation of the order
      1. If the invoice has not been paid within the payment term indicated on the invoice, the order will be canceled.
      2. The Buyer may also cancel the order by writing a corresponding request to the address  maps@regio.ee. The invoice number sent to the Buyer must be added.
      3. The Buyer may, if desired, request an extension from the Seller regarding the payment term, after which the payment term will be agreed upon separately.
    7. Return of goods
      1. When purchasing goods ordered from the online store, the Buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days.
      2. The 14-day right of return applies only to the goods purchased from the e-store and does not extend to the purchases made in other ways.
      3. The Seller must be notified of the wish to return by sending an e-mail to maps@regio.ee or on working days between 09.00 and 17.00 by phone +372 731 0122.
      4. The returned goods must be unused and undamaged.
      5. Possible costs related to the return (incl. transportation costs) up to a sum of 10 € shall be borne by the Buyer, unless the goods to be returned do not correspond to what was ordered (eg incorrect or defective goods).
      6. The method of return and possible costs related to the return must be agreed with the Seller before the return.
      7. In case of withdrawal from the transaction, the Seller will return the purchase amount together with the delivery fee to the Buyer as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal application by the Seller. Refunds will be made to the same account from which the purchase was made.
    8. Product pictures
      1. All the product pictures in the e-shop are illustrative.
      2. More general elements (exact color, text layout, etc.) may differ in the final product.
      3. The picture corresponds to the available product in terms of content (e.g. for wall maps, the density of map data, the topic information of the map, etc.).
    9. Processing of the Buyer’s personal data
      1. The Buyer grants the right to collect and process the Buyer’s personal data (first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address, parcel delivery and / or home address) by entering the data in the e-shop and confirming it accordingly.
      2. The Seller will not transfer the personal data of the Buyer to third parties, except for:
        1. Montonio Finance UAB, which provides payment services, to the extent necessary for making payments;
        2. To the company providing the postal service to the extent necessary for the delivery of the order to the Buyer.
      3. The Seller retains the contact details and information on the purchases entered by the Buyer in the course of making purchases. This information is treated as confidential and processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
      4. The Seller may use the personal data of the Buyer for direct mail only if the Buyer has given his/her consent.
      5. Data communication between the Buyer, banks and card payments is encrypted, which ensures the security of the Buyer’s personal and bank data. The payment is made outside the e-shop environment and the e-shop does not have access to the Buyer’s bank and credit card data.
      6. The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the Seller’s privacy policy, which is available on the privacy policy page.
    10. Sales guarantee and claims
      1. The Seller is responsible for the non-conformity of the purchased product within 2 years from the delivery of the product to the Buyer. It is presumed that the non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract within 6 months from the date of delivery to the Buyer existed at the time of delivery, unless such a presumption is contrary to the nature of the product or defect. The Buyer has to notify the Seller of the non-conformity of the goods no later than within 2 months of its discovery, ie to submit a claim.
      2. The Buyer can submit a claim by contacting the Seller by e-mail at maps@regio.ee. In the claim, the Buyer must indicate the name and contact details of the Buyer, the date of submission of the claim, the defect(s) of the goods and the exact description of the claim and attach a document certifying the purchase.
      3. The Seller is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the ordered product.
      4. The Seller is not liable for any damage or any other consequences arising from incorrect information provided by the Customer during the execution of the order, including delay in delivery, if it is due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
      5. Disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer will be resolved by the parties through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the customer has the right to turn to the Consumer Protection and Technical Surveillance Authority (http://www.ttja.ee), the Consumer Disputes Committee (https://komisjon.ee) and / or the court of their place of residence to protect their rights. Consumers can also lodge a complaint via the online ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
    11. In case of defective goods, the Buyer has the right to:
      1. Ask for free repair of the goods or their replacement with new goods.
      2. Return the goods to the Seller and receive back the entire amount paid if:
        1. The Seller is unable to repair or replace the goods.
        2. The repair fails.
        3. The Seller has not eliminated the defect of the goods within a reasonable time period.
        4. Unjustified inconveniences have been caused to the Buyer by repairing or replacing the goods.
      3. The Seller is not liable for the defects in the goods if:
        1. The defect of the product has been caused by improper use, careless maintenance or if the product has been repaired by someone else and not the Seller;
        2. Mechanical damage occurs on the product;
        3. The failure is caused by overvoltage, water or fire damage or other circumstances beyond the control of the Seller.
