For example, questions like <em>\u201cIn the past week, I have been recognized or praised for good work\u201d<\/em> and<em> \u201cIn the past six months, someone at work has talked with me about my development and achievements\u201d<\/em> have not yet reached maximum scores. This clearly signals that recognition and intentional development conversations should not be left to chance. We do a lot of great work \u2014 now we just need to make sure we consistently acknowledge it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perhaps the most interesting and informative part is the flowers, thorns, and buds section, where everyone can respond in their own words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Flowers<\/strong> \u2013 what we value most:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flexible work arrangements and trust \u2013 the ability to plan your own working hours and location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Friendly work environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team events and gatherings that keep us connected, even with flexible work schedules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For several years, <strong>thorns<\/strong> have not affected our values or people.
